About the Consultant

Meet Bibi Thomas


Already as early as her kindergarten age, Bibi developed a particular passion for organizing and office environment. While she began to organize piles of paper in very meticulous ways (parents be aware to mess with her piles) she grew out of that phase and started her professional career in an office environment at the age of sixteen.  



While her career path allowed her to have insight in various office environments, e. g. purchasing, logistics, bookkeeping, marketing, and the legal field, she often discovered that things around an office can be managed in a more efficient and effective way. She always enjoyed working in an office setting and bloomed in an environment of chaos which was meant to be organized by her to run smoothly and efficiently. 


Her Bachelor’s degree in Material Management and Logistics assisted her to learn more about the “all around” organization that can be achieved in every business such as an office, production line, warehouse, etc. During her hands-on experience she gained a better insight in personal management, which is highly important to an efficient work environment in small, midsize or large companies.


During the “olden days” when paperwork was much appreciated and needed, now changing into a more electronically supported office environment, Bibi always stayed on top of new technology and is able to organize large document files and an increasing email overflow in an efficient and relaxed environment. 


If you feel like your days do not have enough hours to complete your workload or if your employees are exhausted and unmotivated, Bibi will find a way of bringing your office back to a calm, relaxed and productive work environment for you and your employees. 


As much as we love our jobs and work hard to provide the best service to our clients, life does not only consist of work and therefore should allow for spare time to recharge our resources, spent time with family and friends, and follow hobbies we enjoy outside of our work environment.
